Payments and Pricing

Payments can be made via VISA, Mastercard, or Dankort.

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT (moms) unless otherwise stated.

For multi-session packages, private sessions, and retreats, full payment or a deposit is required to secure your spot. Details about payment plans (if available) will be listed clearly on the relevant booking page.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All bookings for workshops, retreats, events, and 1:1 sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

If you are unable to attend a booked event:

• In some cases, ticket transfer may be allowed. If this applies, you must notify us via email and provide the full name and email of the new participant at least 48 hours before the start of the event.

• Whether transfer is allowed or not will be stated on the event page.

If Lifeforce Garden cancels an event or session, you will receive a full refund minus any service or transaction fees. These will be clearly listed on your invoice.

Responsibility and Consent

By purchasing a product or attending an event, session, or retreat through Lifeforce Garden, you agree to take full personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.

Sessions and events may include breathwork, energy work, conscious touch, body-based practices, and explorations of sexuality and intimacy. All participation is voluntary, and you are invited to listen to your body and personal boundaries throughout.

By engaging with our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are physically and emotionally capable of participating

• You will inform us in advance of any relevant health issues, injuries, or trauma history that may affect your experience

Privacy and Newsletter Policy

Your privacy matters. Any personal data collected via booking forms, payment, or newsletter sign-ups will be handled in accordance with GDPR and used only for communication related to your session or event, and for relevant marketing from Lifeforce Garden.

By signing up for any Lifeforce Garden event, booking a private session, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting: info@lifeforce.garden

We will never share or sell your data to third parties.

Photo & Video Disclaimer

Some events may be documented through photos or video for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the event begins, and inform the photographer or event staff on-site.

We fully respect your privacy.

Code of Conduct

Lifeforce Garden is dedicated to creating a safe, conscious, and respectful space for personal transformation.

By participating, you agree to:

• Show respect and consideration toward all participants and facilitators

• Maintain the confidentiality of what is shared by others

• Refrain from any form of harassment, inappropriate conduct, or boundary crossing

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Lifeforce Garden is not liable for any physical or emotional injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after participation in an event, session, or product use, except where required by Danish law due to gross negligence.
