Want to explore your sexual power? Find your inner sex magic? Interested in learning how to contain it and maybe transform all this amazing life force into something else than pure sexuality. How you can use your own inner powerhouse, redirect it and use it for creativity, vitality, healing, and personal strength.

Join us for an playfull, deep and challenging experience, designed to help you unleash your sexual power. This workshop will guide you through a variety of practices, including breathwork, touch, massage and trigger points.

After the workshop we have a nice dinner together. You are then invited to stay the evening to hangout with the facilitators and other participants, cuddle, talk or maybe practice some of the previous learned techniques.

Workshop Highlights:

•Breathwork Techniques: Cultivate and move your sexual energy throughout your body.

•Touch and Massage: Experience the healing power of touch and learn techniques to enhance your sexual energy flow.

•Trigger Points: Remove blockages in your energy pathways and release tension.

Schedule:

•11:00 – 18:00: Workshop Sessions and exercises (including lunch break)

•18:00 – 19:00: Vegetarian dinner

•19:00 – 21:00: Unstructured time for cuddling, hanging out, and practicing what you’ve learned in a relaxed and supportive environment.

•Lunch: Please bring your own lunch.

•Dinner: We will provide a delicious vegetarian dinner at 18:00.

Participation:

•Open to singles and couples.

•Singles will be paired and work with multiple partners during pair exercises.

•Some exercises may invite for nudity and intimate touch.

As tantric bodyworkers and Breathwork facilitators in Prana Tech, trained under Anand Rudra, they bring years of experience in facilitating transformative experiences.

Anders and Kate are the founders of the Copenhagen Tantra Festival, Denmark largest tantric event, and have a rich history of teaching at various tantric festivals. They offer a unique blend of workshops, including women’s circles, breathwork sessions, retreats, and large-scale festivals.
